Lafayette Man Facing Aggravated Incest Charges

LAFAYETTE, La. (KPEL) -- A 45-year-old man is facing incest charges stemming from a complaint earlier this month.

Cpl. Paul Mouton with the Lafayette Police Department says officers received a complaint on March 15 alleging Joseph Rideaux, Jr., acted inappropriately with a juvenile.

Rideaux was arrested without incident on a warrant of aggravated incest. The case remains under investigation.
