Lafayette Named One Of Most Joyous Cities

Shutterfly has named Lafayette one of the ten most joyous cities in the country. The Hub City comes in at number 7. Rankings are determined by Shutterfly's "Joy Meter", a barometer of happy occasions coupled with photo sharing per capita. Rounding out the top three spots are New York City, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans.
