Lafayette Niteclub Gets Liquor License Suspended

The LA Dept. of Alcohol and Tobacco has suspended the state alcohol permit for B.E.D. Niteclub and Lounge in downtown Lafayette. A hearing was held on September 14 to address violations against the lounge when ATC cited the business for continuing to allow customers to bring in and smoke marijuana. The state alcohol permit was suspended for six months effective Friday, September 25th at noon and the business was fined $5,000.
