Lafayette Police Investigating Apparent Suicide Attempt

Police are investigating a large amount of blood found at a local park. Lafayette Police say they were alerted last night to a large amount of blood found in the bathroom of Thomas Park on Geraldine Drive. They say they've found someone in an area hospital who was at the park last night and tried to commit suicide. He was transported from the park to the hospital and remains there. The case is still under investigation.
