Lafayette Police Looking For Men Accused Of Robbing Convenience Store

Two men are on the loose after robbing a convenience store last night. Lafayette Police say the two men went into "Smoke It" on Johnston Street around 10:45 p.m., holding handguns and demanding money. They got away with an undisclosed amount of money and two cell phones. The first robber is described as a black man wearing a white jacket, beige knit cap, and black pants. The second robber is described as a white or Hispanic man, wearing a long sleeve purple shirt, black pants, and a black cap. Both men had their faces covered.
