Lafayette Police were called out to the 100 block of Carondelet Street just before 11 o'clock last night about a home invasion.

The victims told police that two black men forced their way into the home.  The men were wearing masks and armed with handguns.

The suspects demanded money from the victims.

The man had a cut to his head when one of the suspects hit him with the handgun.  A juvenile was tied up by the suspects, and the female victim's arm was injured when she was forced out of one of the rooms in the home.

The suspects then fled the home with a small amount of cash.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Lafayette Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
