Lafayette Restaurant Catches Fire

Fire ripped through a Lafayette restaurant yesterday morning causing heavy damage but no injuries.

The Pimon Thai eatery was closed when flames erupted in the attic of the building on Johnston Street.  Other businesses located in the same strip center were also damaged.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
