Lafayette Road Closures Scheduled For This Week

There are two road closures scheduled for this week in Lafayette.

First, Polk Street from Congress Street to Garfield Street will be closed today from 5 p.m. till 10 p.m. This is for the Back to the Future Experience.

Also, from 4 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, the 100 block of W. Vermilion will be closed as the the Acadiana Center for the Arts will host a Gubernatorial Election Night Event that day.

In both road closures there will be detour routes made available.
