Lafayette Sheriff Investigating Armed Robbery

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding out who committed an armed robbery at a Bissonett Avenue home.

According to sheriff's office spokesperson Capt. Craig Stansbury, the suspect approached the victim Monday at 10 a.m. while armed with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect then fled the area in a red truck.
