Lafayette Sheriff’s Officials Hoping For Tips About Storage Unit Burglaries

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office says they have been working to solve several burglaries of storage units in the 2900 block of Ambassador Caffery.

The Sheriff's Office spokesman Captain John Babin says their investigators know that force was used to break into the units.

Valuables stolen included:

• Jewelry
• Cookware
• Silverware
• Firearms

Babin says that the crimes have happened over the past several weeks starting on November 2.
