Lafayette Waste Schedule For New Year Week

If you're an Allied Waste customer, you won't see any changes to your normal pickup times this New Years holiday.

Environmental Quality Manager Mark Pope says they'll pick up extra waste as well if it's bagged on the ground, and large empty boxes will be picked up as well.

And if you plan on getting rid of your natural Christmas trees, Pope says those will be collected and recycled into mulch.
