“For years, Lafayette has produced some of the best soccer players in the state,” says Michael Ritch, Executive Director of Lafayette Youth Soccer Association and Cajun Soccer Club. “We are thrilled to finally have facilities at Moore Park which allow us to host a youth tournament of national significance.”

States within the region, which spans from North Carolina to Texas, bid on the sites each year. Alabama will host this year’s tournament.

This site will be one of many regional sites across the country that will determine regional winners in the Under-13 through Under-17 groups, both boys and girls, that will compete for the national title.
