A lawyer is behind bars, accused of raping a Lake Charles woman.

State Police say they received a complaint from the victim last week. She says she met up at a bar with Jonathan Johnson where he bought her a drink. After a few sips, she says she became sick and weak. Johnson allegedly took the victim to his home, where the rape allegedly happened.

Johnson has been booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center on a 25-thousand dollars bond. He could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
