Lake Charles Man Fails To Register As Sex Offender, Arrested

One person is in jail after he failed to register as a sex offender. Deputies in Calcasieu Parish arrested Mark Williams in Lake Charles. An investigation determined that Williams moved and failed to notify authorities of his offender status within the three days required by law. He was convicted of sexual battery back in 1989. Williams is in the Calcasiue Parish Correction Center on a 100-thousand dollar bond.
