An unsolved crime got a kickstart yesterday, and police say they have their man. Deputies in Calcasieu Parish say James D. Leblanc allegedly used a pair of bolt cutters to break into a storage shed at a Harley Davidson dealership back in June. Police say Leblanc was confronted in the act by the store manager and then ran away. But DNA evidence at the scene linked Leblanc to the crime, and he's now in the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center.
