Lane Closure Happening This Week On Moss Street Overpass As Part Of I-10 Widening Project

Construction on the I-10 widening project continues this week on the Moss Street Overpass.

DOTD says the westbound inside lane of I-10, from the Louisiana Avenue Exit to the Moss Street Overpass will be closed Monday through Wednesday as crews demolish the concrete bridge rail on the inside shoulder of the Moss Street Overpass. This will happen nightly from 8 PM until 6 AM.

The project involves widening a 7.11-mile section from I-49 to Breaux Bridge.
