Lane Closures Happening In I-10 Today

There are numerous lane closures happening today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday) on Interstate 10 in Calcasieu Parish.

Today, the eastbound right shoulder at MP 33.7 (east of US 171) will be closed from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for guard rail maintenance.

Then, the westbound right shoulder at MP 32.1 (Enterprise off ramp) will be closed today from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. for guard rail maintenance.

From today through Saturday, there will be closures on I-10 in Westlake:

-On Wednesday, the I-10 Westbound outside Shoulder at I-210 interchange will be closed until 3:30 p.m.

-On Thursday, the I-10 Westbound outside Shoulder near Prater Road Overpass will be closed until 3:30 p.m.

-On Friday, the I-10 Westbound Outside Lane and Shoulder near Prater Road Overpass will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

-On Saturday, the LA 108 Northbound outside Shoulder will be closed from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The LANE and Shoulder closures are necessary for construction off the roadway.

Also, on Thursday, the eastbound right lane of the I-10 Calcasieu Bridge at milepost 28.68 will be closed from 8:45 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance.
