Lane Closures Happening Next Week On I-10, I-49 & US 90

There are lane closures happening next week on the three main interstate/highways leaving Acadiana.

U.S. 90

• the Atchafalaya River Bridge will have alternating inside and outside lane closures on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as crews clean debris from the bridge. Crews will be constantly moving during this time

I-10

• there will be alternating lane closures at milepost 54 (Welsh) on Monday in the Eastbound right lane from 8:30 am until 11:00 am and in the Eastbound left lane from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm for bridge maintenance

I-49

• there will be alternating lane closures happening in the north and southbound directions, from U.S. 190 in St. Landry Parish to the Avoyelles Parish line, on Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. as crews will be conducting a herbicide spraying operation
