It's not too often that a conservative movie gets made and gets attention.  This is one of those times where you know something different is happening.  Last Ounce of Courage is out in theaters and is an independent movie that espouses the values that we all agree on.  Things like life, liberty and faith are explored in the movie.

Steve Griffin, CEO of Veritas Entertainment and Executive Producer of the movie, joined us on the Afternoon Drive Home and talked about this movie that features Marshall Teague (Roadhouse) and Academy Award nominee Jennifer O'Neill (Summer of '42).  Griffin said of the movie,

We wanted to make a movie that would establish a dialogue.  This is a film that if I had to describe it in summary form, I'd say its the closest thing we've ever seen to 'It's a Wonderful Life' for our military and veterans.  It honors them and the sacrifice that they made as they gave their last ounce of courage.

Griffin talked about how they are interested in getting people to discuss liberty and freedom and said that it was no accident that they released it when they did.

You can check out the movie online at their website and you can listen to the complete conversation with Steve Griffin below:
