Lawmakers Propose Expanded Surveillance Of Terror Suspects

WASHINGTON (AP) — Lawmakers who oversee U.S. intelligence agencies say terror suspects who travel to the U.S. should remain under surveillance if already being monitored overseas by the National Security Agency.

Lawmakers are proposing changing the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, and they'll hear testimony today from the nation's top intelligence officials.
