Lawtell Shooting Being Investigated

A shooting that took place at 2:00 o'clock this morning in Lawtell is being investigated. According to Captain Clay Higgins with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office, shots were fired in Teddy's Lounge on US 190 and in the parking lot. Responding officers found no one injured on the scene and no shooting victims have been admitted to local hospitals. The shooting remains under investigation and if you have information you're asked to call the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office.
