Legal Lis Wiehl Says Some New Laws Actually Make Sense

Fox News legal analyst "Legal Lis" Wiehl joined 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today to discuss some of the new laws going into effect across the country this year.  One of the laws that makes sense for Wiehl is a new law in Alaska.  Wiehl said,

Alaska is the thirty first state to require insurance companies provide coverage for autism.  The headline for me was "only 31 states cover autism?"  Autism is one of the worst diseases on it's on the rise.

In addition Wiehl said,

There is a lot of speculation as to the cause of autism but the fact remains it's a horrible disease and if you have health insurance it should be covered.
