Libya Is An Issue Because of Romney, According to Obama Officials

We have heard so many things out of Libya since the attack that took the life of our ambassador in September.  The Obama Administration has been a master at coming up with a different story almost everyday.

Now, Stephanie Cutter, a deputy campaign manager with Obama's re-election bid, has said that this is even an issue because of Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

What do you think?  Is it an issue because of the campaign or is it an issue because something is wrong?
