Livingston Man Pleads Not Guilty In Sex Crimes

LIVINGSTON, La. (AP) — A 33-year-old Livingston man has pleaded not guilty to accusations of filming teenage girls with his cellphone, sending lewd photos to a teenager and watching his girlfriend engage in sexual activities with a teenage boy.

The Advocate reports Tony Wilbanks enter is plea Wednesday to two counts of video voyeurism with sexual intent, three counts of pornography involving juveniles, six counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count each of principal to oral sexual battery and principal to felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Livingston Parish sheriff's detectives arrested Wilbanks and his girlfriend, 33-year-old Regina Foreman.

Foreman's arraignment is set for Feb. 5.
