It's football season. Thanksgiving & Christmas will be here before you know it. That means folks will be gathering. It's customary, when accepting an invitation, to ask "What can I bring?" If the answer is "dip," here's a tasty, easy to prepare suggestion, homemeade beef queso dip.
Brown a pound of ground sirloin in a black skillet. Add 3 cans of Mexican Style Rotel, melt a block of Velveeta & stirred it all together, season with a few splashes of Tabasco Jabanero, some cayenne, a little garlic powder & some lime juice. It'll be a hit.
