The Lost Bayou Ramblers are bringing their first Grammy back to Louisiana.

LBR scored their first Grammy win as their album Kalenda won Best Regional Roots Music Album at the 2018 Grammy Awards. They've been nominated before (it's been 10 years) but now The Lost Bayou Ramblers can call themselves Grammy winners after tonight.

All of the songs on their album are nearly 100% performed in French and their contemporary take on Cajun music is a one-of-a-kind sound that is rooted in the traditional sound of South Louisiana.

The band recently announced they will soon be taking a hiatus, so I would highly suggest you see them ASAP!

BIG congrats to LBR on their first Grammy!
