Attorney General Jeff Landry's Cyber Crime Unit's work led to the arrest of a Lafayette man.

Investigators arrested 32-year-old Brandon Leblanc of Lafayette on two counts of possession of sexual abuse images and/or videos of children and one count of video voyeurim.

AG Landry says,

“It is imperative we take child predators off Louisiana’s streets. Despite huge budget cuts, our office will continue to lead in finding and capturing people in Louisiana who exploit children.”

Leblanc's arrest stems from a joint investigation of the Lafayette Sheriff's Office, Homeland Security, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office and the Cyber Crime's Unit in the Attorney General's Office.

If you think a child has been hurt and/or exploited call the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation at 800-256-4506.
