Louisiana Company Sues Labor Department Over New Rules

Workers at Dexter Guillory's plant chop alligator meat for the demands of Southern restaurants featuring swamp creature steaks.

The workers are a mix of locals and guest employees from Mexico who are paid by the pound of meat the carve up.  New rules from the Labor Department may make broad changes to the program that could put many employers out of business.
