Louisiana  is  almost  done  with  Lee  as it's remnants remain.

The system  that  has soaked portions of south  Louisiana  continues  to weaken and is expected to move into Mississippi. State Climatologist Barry Keim says  we'll  still  see  some  lingering  effects  of Lee today.  Keim  says  Lee  dumped  between  10  and  15 inches of rain on some portions of southeast Louisiana.
