Festival organizer Dana Romero is calling the Louisiana Hot Sauce Festival "one of the greatest food events...coming to Lafayette."

More than 100 vendors and 30 different hot sauce makers from 19 states and three countries will be at the festival said, Romero said.

"It's gonna be a hot time," Romero said.

Live music from six different bands over three days will keep spectators entertained, hosted by Cajun comedian Nonk Chauz. Does that name sound familiar? It should...

Need I say anymore?

The festival July 19 and 20. For more information, go to www.lahotsaucefest.com.
