Louisiana Ranks Third In Job Growth

Good economic news for the state. 

The Louisiana Workforce Commission says that, according to the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics, Louisiana's jobs gain in September ranked third in the nation, behind Florida and Texas.  The state gained just over 14-thousand non-farm jobs last month.  Even though it was less than one-percent, the state also experienced the third highest over-the-month percentage increase in employment.
