U.S. Senator David Vitter of Louisiana tells KPEL he had mixed feelings on the President's State of the Union address.Senator David Vitter joined Bernadette Lee and Ken Romero on "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today to give his views on President Barack Obama's State of the Union address.  Vitter says he was very pleased with President Obama's focus on our country's energy demands, but very frustrated that the President did not give any indication that he would support the building of the Keystone XL pipeline.

Vitter adds that the President needs to be more serious about our energy goals by increasing Gulf and other offshore production dramatically.
