Louisiana State Police Honor Hero Trooper, Bobby Smith [VIDEO]

Louisiana State Police are mourning the loss of a trooper who truly practiced what he preached. Bobby Smith was blinded when he was shot by an assailant almost 30 years ago. He turned that adversity into inspiring training for other law enforcement officers in the force. Trooper Brooks David remembered him this morning on Acadiana's Morning News.
