Louisiana State Police Target Human Trafficking

Following an undercover investigation in Baton Rouge, 21-year-old Emmanuel Bailey of Fort Smith, Arkansas is being sought as a pimp and alleged suspect in human trafficking.

Bailey was identified after a female subject arranged to engage in sex for payment with undercover agents. After being arrested the woman stated she was being forced into prostitution under threat of harm to her family.
