Louisiana Tax Refunds Will Be Coming Back On A Card If You Want

If you are planning on getting a Louisiana tax refund, you can now get that money back on a debit card. The new Louisiana MyRefund card can be used on anything according to Department of Revenue Secretary Cynthia Bridges.

The cards can be used like any other type of debit card, which includes making payments and withdraw cash. The card is only good for one year.

Also, users of the card can go online and check their balances and balance a budget if they choose.

Bridges also said that the program will save the state about half a million dollars since the department wont bear the cost of producing and mailing the card.
