Louisiana Troopers Say An Argument Lead To a Deadly Crash
State Police were called to investigate a deadly crash on Interstate 10 yesterday in St. Tammany Parish. Troopers says 25-year-old Lauren Gregor of Mississippi died after being ejected from her husband Cody Rafter's car.
Investigators say Gregor and Rafter were involved in a verbal altercation when Gregor grabbed and jerked the steering wheel violently. The car rotated clockwise, traveled off the road and flipped over.
Gregor was not wearing a seat belt, and she was thrown out of the car which came to rest on top of her.
Gregor was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
Rafter was wearing a seat belt and received minor injuries in the crash.
