Louisiana Winter Beer Festival Happening First Weekend In March In Lake Charles (Audio)

The “Lafayette Food Junkie” Tiffiany Decou has been covering the growth of the food and tourism industry in Lake Charles over the past few months.

Lake Charles will be hosting an event which looks to not only showcase their great city but the food and beer industry from breweries throughout Louisiana.

Nick Villaune from the Louisiana Winter Beer Festival and americancraftbeer.com joins Tiffiany to talk about the event, which will happen in downtown Lake Charles on Saturday, March 5 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It will feature 44 breweries, including Bayou Teche Brewing. Nick was very complimentary of the Arnaudville-based business.

Nick also answers questions from Tiffiany about which beers pair with certain foods, such as boudin.
