President Obama's jobs plan won't clear the House if Louisiana Republicans are any indication.

The state's six GOP representatives slammed the blueprint yesterday and said it was more spending via tax hikes.  The proposal would collect 40-billion from closing loopholes to oil and gas companies in the state.  U.S. Representative Charles Boustany of Lafayette said that's not good for job creation, it's not good for the state, and not good for American energy.
