BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — LSU Police have arrested six people for scalping tickets on campus before the LSU-Alabama football game.

The Advocate reports three of those arrested are from Houston, two from Georgia and one from Mississippi.

LSU Police spokesman Capt. Cory Lalonde said officers were actively patrolling campus looking for ticket scalpers on Saturday.

Lalonde said the arrest number was higher than usual for a game day.

Those arrested include: Rodney Lavon Brown of Clinton, Miss., Lorenzo Williams, Martin Jimmerson, Korey Fitzgibbons, all of Houston, Jacob Moore, of Dacula, Ga., and Dexter Shorter, Duluth, Ga.

It was unclear whether the suspects have attorneys.
