One day after LSU junior linebacker Kwon Alexander declared for the NFL draft, cornerback Jalen Collins followed suit.

Collins made the following announcement on his Instagram account earlier today.

"After much prayer, meeting with my family, and plenty of thought, I have decided to enter the 2015 NFL draft," Collins posted on social media account. "I appreciate the opportunities I've received at LSU and I would like to thank all of my coaches, teammates and supporters throughout the years."

Collins played a big role for the Tigers in 2014, finishing with the team lead in pass breakups (9) and second best with passes defended (10). He made 38 tackles and registered 1 interception.

Several more Tigers who could possibly declare for the draft include defensive end Danielle Hunter, defensive back Jalen Mills, guard Vadal Alexander and offensive tackle Jerald Hawkins.
