The LSU Tiger men's basketball team is back in action on Thursday evening, when they travel to Columbia, South Carolina, to take on the South Carolina Gamecocks in an SEC match-up.

LSU lost to Alabama, 60-57, last Saturday, to fall to 13-8 overall, and 4-6 in SEC play, while South Carolina has lost four straight, and six of their last seven, and is currently 12-11 overall, and 2-8 in league play.

Junior Johnny O'Bryant III and sophomore Anthony Hickey lead the Tigers in scoring, averaging 12.3 points-per-game, while freshman guard Michael Carrera paces the Gamecocks at 11.1 points per contest.

South Carolina defeated LSU, 82-73, in overtime, back on January 16, in Baton Rouge.

Tip-off time is scheduled for 6:05 pm.
