Mamou Elementary School To Close Thursday

No water means no school for Mamou Elementary on Thursday.

Mamou officials tells our news partners at KATC that the school will be closed as work will be done in that area, affecting about 400 residents. The school is expected to reopen on Friday, as the work should be completed in one day.

Officials say a boil advisory will be put in place once water is restored.
