Man And Woman From Breaux Bridge Arrested In Kidnapping Case

Two people have been arrested for kidnapping two teenage girls just over a week ago. Major Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says the two 13-year-olds were found and brought back home safely. Higgins says Leonard "Matt" Courville and Kehia Vidrine, both of Breaux Bridge, face charges of simple kidnapping and Distribution to Persons under Eighteen. In addition, Courville is accused of 2 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Vidrine is on jail on a $60,000.00 bond, while Courville's bond has been set at $90,000.00.
