A man is behind bars today after leading troopers on a chase Sunday morning that led to two people being injured after a crash.

Troopers were trying to pull over Louis Morman on Highway 94 when the guy took off.

Troopers chased the man up to the intersection of Pinhook and Carmel, where they say Morman ran the red light, and caused three cars to crash.

Morman tried to run, but was captured after being tased by a trooper.

Morman, a trooper and two other people were all injured due to the crash, and later Morman and the trooper were released from a local hospital.

Suspect Morman is facing several charges including DWI and vehicular negligent injuring.

The other charges the man is facing include:

  • Aggravated flight
  • Possession of Marijuana
  • Two fugitive warrants
  • Multiple traffic charges
