Man Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With Girl In Park Restroom

LIVINGSTON, La. (AP) — Livingston police have arrested a 28-year-old man accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl in the restroom of a park across the street from the police station.

Police Chief Randy Dufrene tells The Advocate a witness saw Jason Lee Kelly and the teenager go into the women's restroom at the Livingston Town Park Tuesday morning. Dufrene says an officer found the two as they were exiting the bathroom.

Kelly is being held in the Livingston Parish jail on two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. His bond has been set at $50,000.

Online jail records do not list an attorney for Kelly.
