BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Baton Rouge police have booked the man suspected of driving the get-away car in a shooting on College Drive that killed one man and wounded another.

The Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/LrO6WY ) 23 year-old Michael C. Francois was booked into Parish Prison Sunday on counts of accessory to first-degree murder and accessory to attempted first-degree murder.

The shooting occurred about 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Interstate 10.

One of the victims, 18-year-old Jordan Key, 18, was found dead in a car. Another man in the car was wounded, but is expected to live.

Francois' arrest affidavit says that he was with two other men during the shooting.

After the shooting, police say Francois drove himself, the shooter and the third suspect from the scene.
