One man gets arrested for DWI twice in the same day. And both times he had children in the car.

State Police spokesperson Sergeant James Anderson says Zachary Parker of Sulphur was pulled over the first time shortly after 2 AM Monday by Sulphur Police. Later that afternoon, Anderson says State Police responded to a wreck in Moss Bluff, a wreck that involved Parker. Anderson says two children, ages 3 and 4, were unharmed in the accident.

Parker is charged with DWI, child endangerment, driving under suspension and careless operation.
