Man Rapes Teen & Seeks Parental Rights

There is a terrible case that is being played out in Massachusetts according to Fox News. A man who raped a 14-year-old girl has now sued so that he can get visitation.

This is a horrible story.  The 20-year-old family friend raped the girl, she became pregnant, has the child, and now he wants visitation.  The victim’s attorney, Wendy Murphy, says the girl just wants to be free of the man who victimized her.  Can you imagine the horror of this happening to your child and family?  He is one sick puppy.

The girl’s family says they believe the biological father (rapist) wants to see the child now because the courts are making him pay child support.

“She got raped at 14. She decided to keep her baby. And now she has to hand her baby over for a visit with her rapist?” the victim’s mother told MyFox Boston. We will have to wait and see what the court says.  Dear Lord, let’s just hope their is not some idiot judge who hears this case.  I am sorry, you raped a teen girl and now you want access to the child so you can ruin its life too?  Hopefully, the judge will kick this guy to the curb.

The man did plead guilty to statutory rape.  Guess what sentence he got?  The judge sentenced him to 16 years’ probation.  For that he had to admit he was the father and follow family court orders.  Big woop!!!!  What a crime, and now this loser has a chance to victimize this girl even more.

The attorney has now filed to try to get the court to make the man pay restitution and not child support.  I hope it works because what hell would this poor woman have to go through for the rest of her life for doing what she thought was best by this child?  We all better pray on this one.  If someone doesn’t help this young woman, she will just get “raped” by the system for the rest of her life and the child’s!
