Marksville Officers’ Bond Set At $1 Million

The bond for Marskville marshals Derrick Stafford and Norris Greenhouse, Jr., accused of killing 6 year - old Jeremy Mardis, has been set at $1 million, though posting bond will not lead to their freedom.

KATC reports that the presiding judge, 12th District Judge William Bennett, has set strict conditions for the release of the two men. Both men will be electronically monitored on home incarceration if released and must also turn in guns and any police identification.
