Marksville Official Booked With Animal Cruelty
MARKSVILLE, La. (AP) — A Marksville city councilman is out on bond after being arrested Friday for neglecting his horses.
Avoyelles Parish Sheriff Doug Anderson tells The Town Talk (http://townta.lk/KnOiYx) Elliot Jordan was booked with public intimidation, resisting an officer, cruelty to animals and posted a $2,500 bond after police investigated a report of Jordan neglecting his horses.
